DL1000 Chain Alignment
Hi All, I have been trawling the net and came across some very interesting info on VSRI site.
http://www.vstrom.info/Smf/index.php/topic,5341.0.html It turns out that the rear sprocket is about 2mm out of alignment to the front!!  So after doing some more trawling I found this, Gear change enhancer!!  http://www.v-strom.co.uk/phpBB3/view...hp?f=13&t=2852 http://www.v-strom.co.uk/phpBB3/view...&t=2852#p21737 Rich found them on ebay and ordered two straight away, we fitted them at the weekend, and I can't believe the difference it made! It was like riding someone else's bike. The gear change was smoother and so was the ride. £25 well spent!
